You can use the list below to find out if your problem is a known issue. If the problem is listed here, we're aware of it and are working to fix it as soon as possible. To learn more about an issue and see possible workarounds, click 'Read more and let us know.'

Please note: Due to high volume, we're unable to answer email about our known issues. When you click the 'Let us know' button, you'll send a report and help us to determine how many people are experiencing the issue.

Commonly reported issues in Google Maps

I'm having difficulty printing Google Maps

Please be sure you are using the 'Print' link in the top menu bar in Google Maps above the map mode buttons. This will ensure your Google Map prints out correctly. For more information on printing within Google Maps, please click here.
Please Note: Selecting File > Print, or attempting to print directly from your browser without first clicking the 'Print' link in Google Maps will cause the map to print out incorrectly.

I've noticed an error in the base map data for Google Maps

If the error occurs in map data for the United States, please use the Report A Problem function.

Tiles may not be available due to user latency issue. Try refreshing your browser.

Phone Verification is not working.

We're aware that some users are experiencing issues with phone verification. Please be sure to let us know so we have a good idea of the scope.

Coupons don't update on the printable page after I save my changes

I requested the removal of a business, but it's still showing on Google Maps

If you are not the business owner and have requested removal, you'll see 'Removal Requested' underneath the listing until we've investigated and verified this removal.

If you are the business owner, you'll need to verify your listing by PIN in order to delete it. If you disassociate the listing from your account, it may continue to display on Google Maps if it's provided by other sources.

Commonly reported issues with Local Listings

One listing diplays details from multiple businesses.

This can happen when two or more businesses share the same basic details, such as the location or address. We're working to improve our system to recognize unrelated businesses as separate listings. Thanks for your patience.

Commonly reported issues in Google Street View

I got an error message "To use street view, you need Adobe Flash Player version 9 or newer"

If you're using Internet Explorer 7.0 and receive an error message that "To use street view, you need Adobe Flash Player version 9 or newer" in order to view Street View imagery, you'll need to uninstall and then reinstall the Flash Player from adobe. Follow these directions for the quickest workaround:

1) Uninstall Flash using the Adobe uninstaller: http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_14157

2) Reinstall the Flash player from Adobe's website: http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/

You can request removal of the imagery by clicking 'Report a problem' in the bottom left corner of the imagery. You can also read how to Report a Problem.

You can report incorrect imagery to us by clicking the 'Report a Problem' link in the imagery window.
